We are delighted to invite you, as a member of the UCI community, to participate in the All of Us Research Program is a precision medicine initiative led by the NIH looking to make history by engaging 1,000,000 volunteers nationwide to provide information on their lifestyle, environment and genetic factors. This historic effort will guide a revolutionary approach to disease prevention and treatment for All of Us.

Signing up is easy. If you and/or your relatives, patients and friends are receiving your health care at UCI Health and are 18 years or older, please sign up at www.joinallofus.org and enroll with the invitation code QJZAUUM. Once you sign up, one of our research coordinators will be in touch with you to schedule your study appointment, and a $25 gift card will be offered for your time.
